SCHOOL POSTCARDS

Materials/Techniques: Paper fabric background, added stickers. Covered with tulle and quilted with clear thread. Traditional binding with cotton salvaged from the sleeve of an old blouse. Cardstock postcard back - this card is ready to mail!

Artist's Statement: Made a notebook cover for a gift and had pieces left over. I can't bear to have a scrap go to waste!

Dedication: To my nephews, Alex, Jacob and Timmy - all of whom are excelling in school!
